Best practices for a WhatsApp message link

Make the destination obvious. Use link text such as "Chat with us on WhatsApp" or "Ask a question on WhatsApp" instead of hiding the link behind a generic word like "here". If you are adding it to a page, place it near the information that creates the question: a service description, delivery policy, booking option, or product detail.

Use a pre-filled message to reduce the effort required to start. A good message gives the conversation context without pretending to speak for the visitor.
