How are service messages calculated?
Service messages are billed from the first delivered message at the selected market's service rate. Utility templates inside the customer service window are also billable.
Why does Auth-International sometimes match Auth?
Meta does not publish Auth-Intl for every market. In those cases, this tool falls back to that market's Auth rate and shows that note explicitly.
