No. Your form keeps submitting exactly the way it does today. FormBeep does not replace your form action; it only sends a copy of submission data to WhatsApp.
Is my form data stored?
FormBeep keeps a backup log of your recent submissions, including any file attachments. Your form's original submit action is never affected.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. FormBeep works with your regular WhatsApp number. You do not need to run a separate WhatsApp support inbox.
How does FormBeep work?

Can I receive notifications on multiple WhatsApp numbers?
Yes, depending on your plan. Free supports 1 recipient, Starter 2, Pro 5, and Agency 25. An alert to each recipient uses one alert from your allowance.
What happens when I hit my alert limit?
Free includes 50 alerts total and does not reset. Paid allowances reset each billing month. When you reach your limit, notifications pause until your paid allowance resets or you move to a higher plan.
Why does FormBeep cost more than some alternatives?
FormBeep sends alerts through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform, which charges for delivered messages. Some lower-cost tools automate WhatsApp Web instead and avoid those API charges. Unauthorized integrations can breach WhatsApp’s Business App terms; WhatsApp may restrict or suspend accounts, interrupting alerts. Other providers also use the official API, so price alone does not tell you which connection a service uses.
How is this different from email notifications?
Email notifications often land in spam, the Promotions tab, or get buried under other mail. Industry data shows email marketing messages have an open rate of about 21%, while WhatsApp messages are opened 90-98% of the time and typically read within minutes. For a business that depends on responding quickly, that gap is where you win or lose the lead.

How do I install FormBeep?

If FormBeep fails, will it affect my leads?
99.99% chance it won't fail. FormBeep is built on Cloudflare's edge network and scales automatically. But even in that one-in-a-million scenario, your form works as usual. FormBeep never touches your form's original submit action. It just acts as a middle layer that reads the data and sends it to WhatsApp.
