Sign up and verify your WhatsApp
Create a free account at app.formbeep.com. Click Verify WhatsApp, scan the QR code, and send the verification message.
Get your webhook URL from FormBeep
Go to Dashboard → Webhooks → + Create webhook. Select Webflow as the platform, give it a name, and click Create. Copy the webhook URL.
Add the webhook in Webflow
In the Webflow Designer, click your form element → Settings gear → Send to → ➕ → Webhook. Paste your FormBeep webhook URL and ignore the secret message field.
Publish and test
Publish your site, then submit a test form. You should get a WhatsApp notification within seconds.

Sign up and add your domain
Create a free account at app.formbeep.com, verify your WhatsApp, then go to Domains and add your published Webflow domain (e.g. yoursite.webflow.io or your custom domain).

Which method should I use?
Use the webhook method if you're on Webflow's free plan or want the simplest setup. Use the embed script if you prefer client-side integration or need more control over which forms trigger notifications.
Do I need a paid Webflow plan?
No. The webhook method works on all Webflow plans, including free. The embed script method requires a paid plan because it needs custom code access.
Does this work with Webflow's built-in form submissions?
Yes. FormBeep works alongside Webflow's native form handling. Your submissions still appear in Webflow's dashboard, and any existing integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.) keep working.
Will this break my form's success message or redirect?
No. FormBeep intercepts the form data but doesn't interfere with your form's behaviour. Success messages and redirects work exactly as before.
Can I send notifications to multiple WhatsApp numbers?
Yes, depending on your plan. Free supports 1 recipient. Starter supports 2, Pro supports 3, Business supports 10. You can manage recipients from your FormBeep dashboard.
Why isn't my webhook firing?
Webflow webhooks only fire on the live published site, not in preview mode. Make sure you've published your site and are testing on the live URL.
Can I use FormBeep on multiple Webflow sites?
