Method 1 — Recommended

Upload and activate

In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Click Choose File, select the downloaded zip, then click Install Now and Activate.

Sign up and get your API key

Create a free account at app.formbeep.com. Click Verify WhatsApp, scan the QR code, and send the verification message. Then copy your API key from the dashboard.

Enter your API key

In WordPress, go to Settings → FormBeep. Paste your API key and click Save Settings.

Add your WordPress domain

In the FormBeep dashboard, go to Domains and add your WordPress site's domain (e.g. example.com). Don't include https:// or trailing slashes.

Test it out

Submit any form on your WordPress site. You should get a WhatsApp notification within seconds. Tap View Details to see the full submission.

That's it! The plugin now works with every form on your site — Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor, Divi, and any custom forms.

Embed script (manual installation)

Sign up and add your domain

Create a free account at app.formbeep.com, verify your WhatsApp, then go to Domains and add your WordPress site's domain.

Copy your embed snippet

From the FormBeep dashboard, copy your unique snippet:

Add to your site

Option A: Install the free Insert Headers and Footers plugin, then paste the snippet in Settings → Insert Headers and Footers → Scripts in Footer.

Option B: Add a Custom HTML block to pages with forms and paste the snippet.

For site-wide installation, use Option A. It ensures FormBeep loads on every page without editing individual posts.

Test

Visit your WordPress site and submit a test form. You should get a WhatsApp notification instantly.

Do I need to configure each form separately?

Will this break my existing form notifications?

No. FormBeep works alongside your existing WordPress form plugins. Contact Form 7's email notifications, WPForms' confirmations, and any third-party integrations keep working exactly as before.

Can I send notifications to multiple WhatsApp numbers?

Yes, depending on your plan. Free supports 1 recipient. Starter supports 2, Pro supports 3, Business supports 10. You can manage recipients from your FormBeep dashboard.

Does this work with WooCommerce checkout forms?

Yes. If WooCommerce uses a standard HTML form for checkout, FormBeep will detect and send notifications for submissions.

Can I use FormBeep on multiple WordPress sites?

Yes. Depending on your plan, you can connect 1 to 10 domains (unlimited on the Agency plan). Each site needs the plugin installed separately.

What happens to form data after I view it?

The moment you tap "View Details" in WhatsApp, FormBeep sends the full submission and then permanently deletes it from our servers. Unviewed submissions auto-delete after 7 days.
