HTML Form to WhatsApp - Get Notifications from Any Website

Most HTML forms send submissions to an email inbox. That works for record keeping, but it is slow when a new enquiry needs a quick reply. FormBeep adds WhatsApp notifications to the form you already have, without replacing its action or rebuilding the page.

How HTML form notifications work

FormBeep runs as a lightweight script on the page containing your form. When a visitor submits it, FormBeep reads the submitted fields and sends the details to your connected WhatsApp number. Your existing form can continue sending email, saving data to a backend, or redirecting to a thank-you page.

You do not need a new form builder, server, webhook service, or Meta Business API account. The same approach works with a static HTML site, Hugo, Astro, Eleventy, React, Next.js, Webflow, Framer, and other platforms where you can add a script tag.

Set up an HTML form to WhatsApp

  1. Create a FormBeep account and connect your WhatsApp number.
  2. Add your website domain in the dashboard and copy the script tag.
  3. Paste the script before the closing </body> tag on the page with your form.
  4. Submit a test form and confirm the notification arrives on WhatsApp.

The setup takes about 2 minutes. Your notification includes the fields your visitor submitted, such as name, email, phone number, project details, and message.

Works with your current form

You can keep the form markup and submit action you already use. FormBeep is a notification layer, so it does not require you to migrate from Formspree, Web3Forms, Formspark, Formcarry, Basin, or a custom endpoint.

This is useful when your form is already working but the notification channel is not. Your visitors still see the same fields and confirmation state. Your team gets the submission in a place they check throughout the day.

Why use WhatsApp instead of email?

Email notifications are easy to miss among newsletters, automated reports, and spam. WhatsApp puts the alert on the mobile channel many freelancers, agencies, and local businesses already monitor. That means you can read the lead details and reply while the enquiry is still fresh.

For a team, notifications can also be routed to a WhatsApp group. Everyone sees the same submission, and someone can take ownership without waiting for an inbox handoff.

Keep email and WhatsApp together

FormBeep does not force you to choose between email and WhatsApp. Keep your existing email notification for records and add WhatsApp for speed. If a message is missed on WhatsApp, the original submission still follows your existing form workflow.

If you are using a hosted builder instead of custom HTML, see the Google Forms to WhatsApp, Jotform to WhatsApp, Typeform to WhatsApp, or WordPress Forms to WhatsApp guides.
